Boise State Basketball Picked To Finish Second

Boise State's men’s and women’s basketball teams have high expectations as the Mountain West preseason media polls were released Tuesday. The men return two of the top 10 scorers in school history in seniors Anthony Drmic and Derrick Marks. Drmic was named to the preseason all-Mountain West team. The Broncos, who finished tied for fifth last season, received one first-place vote and were selected behind San Diego State, which picked up 34-of-35 first-place votes from the media. The women were selected behind last season's regular season champ, Colorado State, in a poll of the league's 11 coaches and select media.

Boise State guard Anthony Drmic was named to the preseason All-Mountain West first-team.
