Boise State football head coach Bryan Harsin and his staff signed three student-athletes to National Letters of Intent, Wednesday. The signees join a 20-person class from the Early Signing Period, bringing Boise State’s 2018 signing class total to 23.

Today’s signees were each from the offensive side of the ball – offensive lineman Dallas Holliday (Sherman Oaks, Calif.), tight end Tyneil Hopper (Roswell, Ga.) and quarterback Riley Smith (St. Augustine, Fla.). The Broncos’ entire class includes 14 offensive players, and nine on defense. Included on the offensive side are five wide receivers, three offensive linemen and two each at quarterback, running back and tight end. Defensively, Boise State signed three linebackers, two each at cornerback and nose tackle, and defensive end and a STUD. A look at today’s signees can be found below:

(Roswell HS) HIGH SCHOOL CAREER Four-star recruit according to Rivals…three-star recruit according to both ESPN and 247sports…rated No. 11 at his position nationally by ESPN, and the country’s 19th-rated tight end according to both Rivals and 247sports…senior year was named Atlanta Journal Constitution All-Region, in addition to garnering Georgia 7A All-State Honorable Mention and second-team All-Region 4-7A accolades…honors came following a season in which he caught 22 passes for 350 yards and a touchdown…junior year caught 18 passes for 214 yards and three scores…brother Tyrone is a linebacker for North Carolina.

RILEY SMITH QB | 6-5 | 215 | St. Augustine, Fla. (Bartram Trail HS) HIGH SCHOOL CAREER Three-star prospect according to ESPN, 247sports and Rivals...named to the Florida Times-Union Super 11 Team, and to the paper's All-First Coast Second Team in 2017...completed 63.9 percent of his passes, throwing for 1,495 yards and 18 touchdowns, and ran for 633 yards and eight scores as a senior at Bartram Trail...helped Bears to 11-4 record and an appearance in the Florida Class 7A title game, where the team fell to Venice...the title-game appearance was the first in school history...threw for a touchdown and ran for 91 yards in Bartram Trail's state semifinal victory over Tampa Plant...was a three-year varsity athlete...threw for 1,122 yards and 11 touchdowns while completing 65.9 percent of his passes as a junior in 2016...also rushed for 340 yards and two touchdowns...saw action in four varsity games as a sophomore, throwing for 194 yards and two touchdowns.
