Members of the Boise State swimming and diving program were en route to the Boise Airport this morning for a competition in Laramie, Wyo., when one of the vans transporting the team was struck by another vehicle.

A majority of the student-athletes were medically cleared and have since departed to compete for Boise State. Five individuals, including a member of the coaching staff, were held back for precautionary measures. At this point none of the injuries are considered serious.

Boise State is scheduled to take on Wyoming later today in an exhibition meet (4 p.m.), before squaring off against the Cowgirls Saturday at 10 a.m.
