It was truly March Madness in Las Vegas this afternoon as the Boise State women's basketball team rallied on a buzzer beater to top Nevada 62-60 to win the Mountain West Tournament and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

Boise State won the regular season MW Title and was the #1 seed at 22-9. Nevada came to the tournament seeded 7th at 17-16.

The Pack however led at the half and never trailed in the second half until the buzzer beater by A'Shanti Coleman.

Boise State got the ball with 26 seconds to play and the game tied 60-60. Marta Hermida took a shot with three seconds to play but the shot rimmed out but Coleman was there with the put back at the buzzer and after a quick check by the referees it was confirmed Boise State was again headed to the dance.

This is the 5th time all-time BSU will be in the NCAA Tournament and the 3rd time in the last 4 years.

Riley Lupfer led BSU with 19 points and was named the tournament MVP.

Boise State is now 23-9 and will wait to see where and who they will play in the NCAA Tournament.
