Boise State hits the road for a men's Mountain West basketball game Wednesday night at Colorado State. The Broncos are 21-6 overall and 11-4 in conference play and this week received a vote in each of the AP and USA Today College Basketball polls.

The Broncos and Rams last met December 27th, 2017 to open the Mountain West season. BSU won the game 93-71 and has been on a roll ever since.

Still Boise State is only 2-8 at Colorado State and most of the games have been wild and crazy. The all time series between the Broncos and Rams is tied 10-10.

Boise State coach Leon Rice met with 630 The Fan today before the team left for Colorado and talked about the importance of remaining focused and getting better even in late February.

When asked about Boise State's NCAA Tournament chances coach Rice says he believes the Broncos are definitely tournament worthy but says a person can go crazy if they try to second guess the way committee members determine who and who isn't tournament worthy.

Tip off Wednesday is 7 p.m. The Broncos play at San Diego State a week from today and close the regular season hosting Wyoming Saturday March 3rd.
