Well first of all, it’s our first conference face off of the season. Second of all, the Aggies beat us 52-26 on the road last year and we’re looking for revenge! Hardcore revenge.
Will I be able to watch this one on regular TV?
Absolutely, the Broncos are back on ESPN 2 this week. Look for the game on Cable One (Ch 134,) DirecTV (Ch 209) or Dish (Ch 144.)
Where should I park for the game?
Various lots near Boise State will have parking available for a fee. I usually park at the US Bank on Broadway (Which I found out wasn’t as cheap as I thought it was! It costs $20 on game day to park there) Our parking lot at Townsquare Media is much cheaper pay lot option. With the Broadway Bridge reopened, it’s a short half mile walk via the Greenbelt to Albertsons Stadium. There are also 600 new $5 parking spots available in Downtown Boise.
Will someone give me a ride to the game?
Sure! The Downtown Boise Association returns their Bronco Shuttle for the 2016 season. They’ll run every 15 minutes from 8th Street (between Idaho & Bannock,) 6th & Grove, Main Street (between 11th & 12th) and 8th & Broad. The shuttle is free and starts running two hours before kickoff and will take you back Downtown for an hour after the game.
What color do I wear to the game?
Depends where you’re sitting! This game is follows the blue and orange color scheme, with the student section wearing pink for “Buck Cancer” night. That means fans should wear blue, orange or pink based on their seat assignments. See the map HERE.
Where can I drink alcohol before the game?
The 10 to 10 zone where those 21 and up can drink from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. is back again this year. As long as you have your alcohol in a plastic cup within the zone you can do so in THIS area.
