Former Boise State Bronco, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Orlando Scandrick is out for the season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in practice Tuesday.

Scandrick was hurt working against rookie receiver Lucky Whitehead and was carted off the field. Scandrick left practice at training camp in Oxnard, Calif., with what he told his secondary coach he believed was a torn ACL. An MRI confirmed the injury.
