What channel is the game on? Where should we park? We've got all the answers and more!

Boise State Broncos (6-2) vs Nevada Wolfpack (1-7)

  • Date: Saturday, November 4th
  • Kickoff: 5:00 p.m.

Why is this game so important for BSU?

The first set of College Football Playoff rankings came out Tuesday afternoon and the Broncos got absolutely no love despite grabbing a few votes in the AP and Coaches Polls after their win over Utah State last week. To prove the Broncos belong there (and lets be honest, there's 8 ranked teams with the same record as Boise State) we need to keep dominating the Mountain West.  If we win out and win the conference championship game, we'll have a legitimate shot of making the final Top 25 list for the season.

Nevada might be 1-7 this year, but they've got a way of completely ruining our season.  Remember in 2010 when Boise State was ranked #3? When the Broncos legitimately had a shot at making the BCS National Championship game? Yeah...that game we lost...that completely dashed our hopes...was to Nevada.

Will I be able to watch this one on regular TV?

ESPN U this week, Bronco fans! Look for the game on Cable One (Ch 136,) DirecTV (Ch 208) or Dish (Ch 141.)

What time does the tailgate lot open?

The lot opens eight hours before kick-off on weekend game days, so make a day of it and make your way over to Albertsons Stadium start by making a gameday brunch at 9 a.m!

When's the Homecoming Parade?

There's rain in the forecast so make sure you bring a poncho to watch the floats make their way down University Drive! The parade starts from the Morrison Center at 2 p.m. and will end at the University and Denver Street intersection.

Where should I park for the game?

Normally, I'd give you a few great spots to park for the game, but this week I'm inviting you to use our premium parking at our studio (827 E Park Blvd) about a half mile walk from Albertsons Stadium.  We'll be charging a small fee, but that fee is going benefit LITE-FM's Christmas Wish! If you're unfamiliar with Christmas Wish, it's our way of helping our neighbors who have fallen on hard times around the holidays.  The more money we raise, the more wishes we can grant in 2017!  For a look at some of the past Christmas Wishes we've granted click HERE! Jeff Connell, some friendly elves from Team Run Boise and I will start parking cars in our lot at 3 p.m!

Will someone give me a ride to the game?

Sure! The Bronco Shuttle for the 2017 season. They'll run every 15 minutes from 8th Street (between Idaho & Bannock,) 6th & Grove, 8th & Main and 8th & Broad. There's a new shuttle stop at Payette Brewing at River & 12th this season as well! The shuttle is free and starts running two hours before kickoff and will take you back Downtown for an hour after the game.

What color do I wear to the game?

Depends on where you sit! It's a checkered colored scheme day, so make sure you check the seating map HERE so you're not that guy or gal wearing the wrong color on Saturday!

Where can I drink alcohol before the game?

The 10 to 10 zone where those 21 and up can drink from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. is back again this year. As long as you have your alcohol in a plastic cup within the zone you can do so in THIS area.

Can I still get tickets?

Sure can! Single game tickets range from $39-$79. You can buy them through Boise State's website, over the phone or the ticket office on game day.
