Everyone is talking about the Boise State men's basketball game tonight against 10th ranked Nevada and for good reason, it is a huge game for the Bronco men who are 8-8 but 3-0 in Mountain West play.

But what about the Bronco women? They play at Nevada tomorrow and they too are undefeated in league play and 12-2 overall. Boise States only loses this year were to currently 4th ranked Louisville and Washington State of the Pac-12.

BSU's 12-2 record is better than 11 teams currently in the Top 25. Still the Broncos aren't even on the list of other teams receiving votes.

There is no doubt the top 10 teams live in a different world when it comes to women's college basketball but the next 15 are a guess at best. DePaul for instance is 12-5 and just jumped into the Top 25 at 24th, are they any more worthy of Top 25 than Boise State?

As two time defending Mountain West Champions and back to back NCAA Tournament appearances it seems the BSU women might deserve a vote or two.

As coaches always say, don;t worry about the polls, they'll take care of themselves if you just keep winning.

For the record, the top 5 in women's hoops are Notre Dame, Baylor, Connecticut, Louisville and Oregon. Each of the top 5 teams have 1 loss.

Oregon State, featuring Mountain View standout Destiny Slocum is 10th at 14-2 and the only undefeated team in the top 25 is 17-0 North Carolina State ranked 8th.
