Dallas Cowboy coach Jason Garrett told a Dallas radio station Monday that Kellen Moore will get the start next weekend in Buffalo. Moore, in his fourth year as a pro, made his NFL debut off the bench Sunday against the New York Jets. He led the Cowboys offense and threw his first touchdown pass but also threw three interceptions.

Moore showed promise, finishing up competing 15-of-25 passes for 158 yards and a 10-yard touchdown pass to Dez Bryant, giving the Cowboys a halftime lead, 10-9, for the first time in their past four games. Kellen showed a good command of the offense, completing passes to Cole Beasley, Brice Butler and Jason Witten. He converted two of his eight third-down opportunities, which is as many as Matt Cassel had in his last 23 attempts.

In a Star Telegram You Tube Post, Kellen talked about his first game as am NFL Pro.
