According to Adam Schefter, the Seahawks and Marshawn Lynch have reached an agreement for contract extension. The news broke Friday afternoon that Marshawn Lynch and his agent Doug Hendrickson are on a plane to Seattle to finalize the deal. The rumors of Beast Mode's retirement swirled for what seems like forever, but it looks like those rumors can be put to rest.

Yahoo Sports!' Rand Getlin said that it could be a three-year deal. Lynch's new deal is reportedly a multi-year contract that would pay between $11 and $12 million during the first year and $9 million during the second. However, ESPN is reporting that it's a one year deal with $11 million with a $9 million signing bonus.

The Seahawks, Lynch, or his agent have yet to confirm these reports, but Adam Schefter has a pretty good track record when it comes to big news. But we did acquired this exclusive photo of Money Lynch:
