Memorial Racing Weekend at Meridian
The Memorial weekend holiday is traditionally a big weekend for automobile racing and 2017 is no exception. Meridian speedway has racing planned for Saturday and Monday.
Saturday the NASCAR Whelen Modifieds will be in town again along with a special bike race for kids. That's right, they'll be racing the bicycles around the quarter mile oval at speeds up to 20 mph!
The Legends, mini stocks, stingers and hornets will be on hand as well for a big night of racing. Monday it's a Meridian Speedway tradition as the Bill Crow and Naylor Memorial races will be run. The night honors fallen racers that have meant so much to the rich history of Meridian Speedway.
