NASCAR Puts Brian Scott’s Wife On Probation

NASCAR driver Darrell "Bubba" Wallace Jr. has been placed on probation, as has Whitney Scott, the wife of driver Brian Scott from Idaho. The probation is set for the rest of the NASCAR season. The probation is due to their roles in a post-race altercation following last Saturday night's XFINITY Series race at Kentucky Speedway.

Brian Allen, the motor home driver for Brian Scott, has been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR.

Brian Scott approached Wallace twice on pit road after the race to express his displeasure about contact with Wallace that loosened his right-rear wheel late in Saturday night's race.

Witness’ say a “profanity laced” shouting match took place resulting in the suspensions.

Fox Sport's says Brian Scott later used Twitter to accuse Wallace of calling his wife a disparaging name.
