Former Boise State defensive back Orlando Scandrick was released by the Dallas Cowboys over the weekend but has found a new home in the nation's capital.

Scandrick has signed a two year deal with the Washington Redskins said to be worth 10 million dollars.

Scandrick, who was taken in the 5th round of the NFL Draft in 2008 made 11 starts for the Cowboys last season making 38 tackles. Overall he started 69 games for the Cowboys and appeared in 125.
