Stanford Lands Eagle Softball Star Gabi Peters

What do you have when you own a 70 mph fastball and a 4.0 GPA?

Easy, you have the world in the palm of your hand!

Eagle pitcher Gabi Peters has been a hot commodity on the softball recruiting circuit but with one invite the race to land Peters is over.

Stanford comes up the winner in part because Peters likes the challenge of the school! Now that's a student-athlete!!!

Peters wasted no time accepting a scholarship to the school of her dreams and says she wants to go on to become a doctor.

11-2 on the mound last year she also batted .474 but her best statistic of all was the 4.0 GPA which put here in the drivers seat, just the way Gabi had it all planned.
