State Soccer Results Semi Final Match Ups

Centennial will play Mountain View for the 5A State Soccer title tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. followed at 7 p.m. by Borah and Post Falls for the 5A boys crown.

The Centennial girls beat Lake City 4-1 while Mountain View blanked Rocky Mountain 1-0 in the state semi finals today at Eagle High.

In boys semi final action at Rocky Mountain, Post Falls and Boise fought to a 1-1 tie through a pair of overtimes with Post Falls beating the Braves 4-2 in penalty kicks.

Borah then rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit to beat Hillcrest 2-1 to advance to the finals against Post Falls.

In 5A Boys at Eagle high the Boise Braves coasted to a 7-0 win over Madison. Boise advances to the semi finals tomorrow where they'll face Post Falls who beat Rocky Mountain 3-1. The game was actually played on Rockies home field. Boise and Post Falls will meet tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. at Eagle High in semi final action.

Meantime Hillcrest beat.Mountain View 1-0 to advance to the other 5A Boys semi final and will meet the Borah-Coeur d'Alene winner. The Hillcrest vs. Borah/CDA semi final will be played at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Eagle High.

In 5A girls three Treasure Valley teams will advance to the semi finals. Centennial beat Highland 4-1 and will face Lake City who beat Eagle 1-0.

Mountain View also won it's first round game beating Madison 3-0 and will face the Rocky Mountain-Borah winner in semi final action..
