The Idaho Steelheads were trying to figure a way to celebrate 20 years of Steelhead hockey in Boise and decided the best way to get the job done was to have a reunion game. Nearly 30 former Idaho Steelheads are back in town for a game Saturday (3/25) night at 7:10 including the top scorers in Steelhead history Marty Flichel and Cal Ingraham.

Ingraham will coach the Blue Team and Flichel the White Team and the biggest concern for most of the alumni is they don't want to embarrass themselves!

Jeremy Mylymok, captain of the 2004 Kelly Cup Championship team say's he is not even close to being in playing shape but wouldn't miss it.

Alain Savage scored the first goal in Steelhead history in 1997 will play for the white team. He led the Steelies with 48 goals in that inaugural 1997 season. Savage is 42 years old now and we expect his playing minutes to be limited.

There are many more familiar names on the roster for Saturdays game at Century Link arena. General admission tickets are ten dollars while season ticket holders can get in free. Following the game fans can meet the players. So far about 3,000 tickets have been distributed.

As for the current Steelheads, they are in Wheeling, West Virginia for a pair of games this weekend.
