Steelheads Sign Michigan State Defenseman

Rhett Holland a 4th round NHL draft pick from Michigan State has agreed to terms with the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL.

Holland, a 6-2 defenseman, played 139 games with the Spartans over the past 5 seasons. Holland was drafted by the Arizona Coyotes and is expected to join the Steelheads for their upcoming road trip to Wheeling starting this Wednesday.

Holland had a career high 3 goals, 5 assists and 8 points this past season at Michigan State.
