Thank You Veterans

Rarely has an ad touched me as much as this one from USAA.  I rarely talk about joining the military when I was seventeen years old.  I've dedicated my time on the air promoting our great heroes.  Veteran's Day we'll take time to honor those who served and sacrificed to keep our nation free.

But what does it take to join the military?  Why do young people continue to move themselves away from home and into harm's way? The ad above answers those questions.
