Vandal’s And Bronco’s Play Tonight at 6:30 On The Fan

Don Verlin is taking the Idaho Vandals on the road again – this time for a ‘home’ game against the Boise State Bronco’s at CenturyLink Arena in Boise. Tipoff is 7 p.m, on 630 The Fan.
The team has a different look than last years team even though Connor Hill is back along with Mike Scott, Sekou Wiggs and Bira Seck. But with defenses collapsing all around Hill – Idaho’s all-time leading 3-point scorer, the scoring load has been shouldered by those around him.
Leading the way so far for the Vandals is Scott, whose average of 15.7 points per game includes a season-high 23 against South Dakota State. Wiggs is adding 15 per outing with freshman Arkadiy Mkrtychyan contributing 11.0. Seck is the rebounding leader with an average of 10.3 per game. Mkrtychyan is averaging five.
