Friday night Capital takes on Rocky Mountain at Capital High School for the 5 a District 3 Championship, while both teams already have a space in the State tournament next week…at stake is the district championship banner. Wayne and Dave sat down with coach Dane Roy to talk about Friday night’s game.

Capital is the defending state champ but they know work has to be done Friday to win the banner. Wayne and Dave talked with coach Paul Rush about his team.
