630 Game of The Week: Mountain View at Eagle

The Taco Bell 630 The Fan high school basketball game of the week last Friday got us off to a rousing start as Boise beat Rocky Mountain 75-71.

Boise dominated much of the game but down the stretch Rocky Mountain canned some key shots and with under a minute to go it was a one possession game with Rocky down by three and the ball.

Paul Pennington of Boise was our player of the game for his 24 points but he fouled out with 52 seconds to play and Rocky definitely had the advantage.

None the less a foul against Rocky and a free throw from Boise made it a four point game with 2 seconds to go, done deal!

Coming up this week we'll have Mountain View at Eagle. The Mavericks come into the game 6-4 after losing by three to undefeated and #1 ranked Borah. The Lions are 10-0.

Eagle has had it's struggles this year and the Mustangs are 4-4 but with home court advantage they'll be looking to get back over 500 for the season.
