The petite Ostrander from Alaska says after conferring with family, friends and coaches the decision to turn pro is the best for her personal and athletic growth and claims a sponsorship deal will be forthcoming.

Turning pro is te realization of a lifelong dream claims Ostrander who when asked about the 2020 Olympic games said that would be great but there are a lot of super runners so we'll just have to wait and see.

Ostrander leaves Boise State as the only Bronco Athlete to ever win three NCAA titles in any sport. Even at 5 foot 1 inch and barely 100lbs, Ostrander will leave a huge void in Boise State athletics.
