Boise State No.23 in Final AP Football Poll

The 2018 Boise State football team is 23rd in the final AP College Football poll of the season and one of three Mountain West teams in the top 25.

The Broncos finished the season 10-3 after their Bowl game against Boston College was cancelled by severe weather in Dallas.

This is the 12th time in 17 years the Broncos have been ranked in the final AP football poll of the season.

Maybe the more impressive news is the fact two other Mountain West teams are in the final top 25 for 2018. Fresno State is rankled 18th and Utah State 22nd. The three Mountain West teams have a combined record of 33-7 including 2-0 in bowl games.

Consider this, The Pac-12 had just two teams in the final AP top 25 Washington State 10th and Washington 13th. Also, the ACC had just two teams in the top 25. #1 Clemson and 15th ranked Syracuse.

Once again the SEC dominated with 5 teams ranked.
