The College of Idaho Yotes make their return to the Gridiron after a near 27-year hiatus. The Yotes will play an 11-game schedule that includes one non-conference game at Pacific University which is ironically the last team the Yotes played back in 1977 whom they defeated 24-23. The rest of their 10 games will include five home games and six road games competing in the Frontier Conference within the NAIA. Their homecoming game will be on October 11th when the Yotes host Montana State Northern. All games will be played on Saturdays starting September 6th to November 15th 2014. The NAIA Championship series will begin November 22nd should the Yotes succeed.
