Usually 5A athletes, especially in football, dominate Idaho's Gatorade Player of the year honors but Keegan Duncan is not a usual player.

Duncan, who has committed to play college ball at Boise State became just the first non 5A football player to earn the states Gatorade honor since 2012 when Joe Martarano of Fruitland won.

The Declo star rushed for more than 2,000 yards and ran for 27 touchdowns to lead Declo to it's second straight 2A. title, extending their current win streak to 25 games.

Duncan also caught 19 passes for another 595 yards and 13 more touchdowns. He also threw for four touchdowns, ran back three punts, two kicks and two interceptions for touchdowns so If you are counting, that's 51 total touchdowns.

Duncan is 6-3 220lbs and not only carries the football well, he carries a 3.97 grade average.
