Grant Hedrick Cut By Lions

Gran Hedrick was signed Tuesday to a Canadian Football league contract, today he was released by the CFL’s BC Lions. Hedrick was one of seven quarterbacks on the Lions’ roster and one of two released Saturday. He took part in a tryout with the Denver Broncos earlier this month, but was not signed by the team. Last season as a senior, Hedrick helped lead Boise State to its third Fiesta Bowl win while leading the nation with a 70.8 percent completion percentage.
