One of thew questions asked of Boise State football players this  week was how they planned to maintain their enthusiasm playing a 3-7 New Mexico team in front of 10,000 fans in a lifeless stadium in Albuquerque.

If that all sounds like a Debbie-downer toss in the fact that the Lobo's home field is listed as one of the top 25 worst college football stadiums in the country for game experience

Yep, that's what Boise State faces tonight at 7 p.m. against the New Mexico Lobo's. The Bronco's said no matter what they can't take the Lobo's lightly and and will have to create their own energy knowing whats on the line.

By the way, Dreamstyle Stadium wasn't the only Mountain West football venue to make the top 25 worst stadium list for the college football experience.

UNLV, San Jose State and Hawaii were also on the list as was the Kibbie Dome, home of the Idaho Vandals. In each case it weasn't so much the playing surface or the seats but the stadiums lacked the entire college football feel.

In Hawaii's case, no fans in a 50,000 seat stadium. San Jose State was said to be nothing more than a glorified high school stadium.

As for the Kibbie Dome, it was called a Campbell Soup can cut in half.

By the way, tomorrow Idaho leaves the soup for the swamp playing at Florida, 10 a.m. on sports radio 630 The Fan.
