Anyone familiar with Mountain West basketball knows about "The Pit."

It's what they call the home court for the New Mexico Lobos basketball team and it hasn't been a friendly venue for anyone including the Broncos who are 1-5 in Albuquerque.

The reality of basketball life in the Mountain West is there is never time for a rest! Coming off a 93-91 overtime thriller against UNLV in a packed house at Taco Bell arena the Broncos have no time to savor the win because New Mexico looms tomorrow night.

Just about a month ago BSU beat New Mexico 90-62 at Taco Bell, since then the Lobos have gone 6-2 and 4-0 at home.

New Mexico continues to claw away trying to make this a great season. They are 12-12 overall and 7-4 in league. BSU is 19-4 and 9-2 and will be trying to win it's 20th game for the 6th straight season under head coach Leon Rice.

Tomorrows game will be televised on ESPNU and if you might want to watch for the number 70 as in points. Boise State is 16-1 when they score 70 or more points and 12-0 when they hold an opponent to 70 points or less. 70 points could be the benchmark for the Broncos winning for only the second time at New Mexico.
