The Idaho men’s basketball team made up an eight-point halftime deficit to take a second-half lead, but Montana controlled the game at the end and took a 69-58 win in Missoula on Wednesday night. Connor Hill led Idaho’s second-half surge, scoring 19 of his 24 points, giving Idaho the lead on three separate occasions in the second half, but it wasn’t enough, as the Vandals fall to 4-6 on the season while Montana improves to 2-5.
