Perfect Ending for Capital High

It was hard to tell if the Capital boys basketball team was more happy about completing a 20-0 perfect regular season or the fact or that their team manager scored three points in the closing minutes.

Capital beat Eagle 69-49. When the game was well in hand, team manager and foreign exchange student Erik Weiser from Germany got into the game. Erik was told to suit up for the game and he could sit on the bench. Then Weiser got into the game and scored three points as the Capital bench and fans went crazy.

It was a perfect ending to a perfect season. Capital now heads to district and state tournament action knowing everyone will be looking to knock them off.
