Idaho Wins Round 1 in Mean Green Showcase

A 6-0 run closed out the game giving Idaho a 65-63 win over North Texas in the opening day of the Mean Green Showcase. The Vandals trailed by as many as nine in the second half, but came back for the win.

North Texas jumped out a quick start in the second half to take the nine-point lead. Idaho chipped away but didn’t get closer than five until the final minutes.

Idaho takes on Troy today at 3:30 p.m. in its second game of the Mean Green Showcase against Troy.
